SHIPPING & RETURNS

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any of our products. If the product is faulty we will be more than happy to replace it for you, please let us know as soon as possible and we will send out a replacement.

If you have noted your delivery address incorrectly and your order is shipped back to us, you will be recharged for shipping the order out again to the amended address.

How long is shipping?

Royal Mail 1st classed tracked & signed shipped Monday – Saturday (usually 1-2 working days).

International orders will be 10-14 days.

COLLECTION ORDERS:

Click & Collect orders can be collected from our salon HQ Monday – Saturday.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

Regrettably, if for any reason you find yourself unable to attend the course on the scheduled date, we are unable to accommodate a transfer to an alternative date or provide a refund. Nevertheless, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. For this reason, in exceptional cases, and with adequate supporting evidence, we might consider rescheduling your course.

We strongly advise you to weigh your chosen course date carefully against any prospective plans you might have.
