Shipping & Returns

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any of our products. However, if the product is faulty we will be more than happy to replace for you within 7 days of receiving.

Royal Mail 1st classed tracked & signed shipped Monday – Saturday (1-2 working days usually).

International orders will be 10-14 days.

Collection Orders

Click & Collect orders can be collected from our salon HQ Monday – Saturday.

Course Cancellations and Rescheduling

Regrettably, if for any reason you find yourself unable to attend the course on the scheduled date, we are unable to accommodate a transfer to an alternative date or provide a refund. Nevertheless, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. For this reason, in exceptional cases, and with adequate supporting evidence, we might consider rescheduling your course.

We strongly advise you to weigh your chosen course date carefully against any prospective plans you might have.
